Talent cultivation

Our company is dedicated to the cultivation of high-class talents, and training high-level and high-quality engineering technicians for relative organizations. For recent years, we have cultivated 6 postdoctors, 19 doctor candidates, and 27 master candidates. Three of them were awarded as Excellent Postdoctor, three were awarded the first prize in National University Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Work Competition, three were awarded the first prize in University Students Planning Competition, and one was awarded Innovation Prize in the second China Adolescents Science & Technology Innovation Contest.

Scientific and technological conversion

Depending on advantaged technological and talent conditions of Nanjing University, we are mainly engaged in the research and production of fine chemicals relating to energy, environment protection and life science and functional polymer composite materials, and the research of interface chemistry,

We have been charged with 21 national or local important scientific research and engineering construction products (such as National Basic Research Program of China, State "Torch Plan", National New Products Program, Science and Technology Innovation Fund of Middle/Small Enterprises, and Provincial Scientific and Technological Research Plan, etc). We have issued more than 100 research theses in important magazines both in our country and abroad. We have obtained 8 prizes of province level or above, 4 authenticate of province level or above, and 15 patents for invention. Our industrialization achievements have totally brought about more than production value of RMB 1 billion.

The legal representative of our company have been appraised several times by National government, Jiangsu province government and Najing city government. He has been awarded the honorable titles including "Excellent Youth Scientist in China ", "Advanced Person Converting Scientific and Technological Achievements to Productivity in Jiangsu Province", "Ten Scientific and Technological Stars in Nanjing City", and "Ten Excellent Patent Inventors in Jiangsu Province", etc.
